Our Cheese

Our cheeses are produced with milk from our Animal Welfare Approved animals raised on MOCA-certified organic pastures. We also purchase Jersey cow milk from a local family farm run by our neighbors across the road. Out of our immense respect for the previous inhabitants and stewards of the land, we chose to give several of our cheese names from the Coast Miwok language.
